The JeffCo Express policy for riders is to include one caregiver or family member at no cost. The caregiver or family member must depart the bus at the same location as the rider and make the return trip with the rider. Service animals will be transported with a rider as well. Portable oxygen tanks or small portable oxygen concentrator machines will be transported with the rider. Accommodations will be made for visually impaired riders or those with hearing deficits.
